Question: Are associations required to publish the names and addresses of officers and board members?
Answer: Yes,  This requirement is contained in the follow provisions of the North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS).

NCGS 47F-3-103-f  (Planned Communities)
NCGS 47C-3-103-g (Condominiums)
The association shall publish the names and addresses of all officers and board members of the association within 30 days of their election.
